We met in 2011 at our local high school; can anyone say high school sweethearts? Our first date was to a high school football game + watching Fast and Furious Five; romantic, right?
In 2015, Matthew got down on one knee on top of The Blue Ridge Mountains and asked: "so will ya?" And I mean, how could I say no to a question like that?
In 2017, we said "I Do" in Buxton, NC in front a small group of our friends and family. And looking back, we wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
Fast forward to 2022, we welcomed our sweet baby boy Declan into the world - making us appreciate LOVE in a whole new way!
Overall: we both have old souls, love nothing more than eating dinner in, and watching a good show!
...and 13 years later we still debate on what's for dinner.
